TopDeck demolished and replaced my old deck as well as a set of stairs off my garage. They did a fantastic job! The craftsmanship is second to none. David is wonderful to work with. From start to finish he always kept me in the loop. He let me know what would be happening and when it would be happening. The crew is exceptional. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day and the materials were neatly organized. David is very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me guidance when I requested it. TopDeck gives you all the information you need up front and in writing from permitting, scheduling, materials, inspections and payment. I am so thrilled with results of TopDeck's hard work.
