There are a couple of ways to approach this review.
For the beginner: Not a massive gym you will get lost in, yet still more than enough equipment to train every part of your body. Even the members are kind enough to point you in the right direction if needed.
Now, let's think about WHY you want to be in the gym. There is some RESULT you are looking for. Heath, weight loss, a nice physique?
Speaking from personal experience, I am knowledgeable about health and fitness. Versed in the hearth club, but I STILL knew I would benefit from some personal instruction!
ENTER BOLO SWOLE FITNESS.
I matched up with trainer "Bolo". Right away, I noticed on day 1, his goal was to really identify MY goal. Our meetings weren't simply a general script, but a personalized program. Understanding my fitness history, age, goals, etc. We began to train 2x a week. I will tell you, I looked forward to the workouts even though I knew they would be challenging, I knew my coach would be patient.
My progress expanded passed simply weight loss and muscle toning. Sure, I was able to obtain those things, but my overall HEALTH noticeably improved, to my delight!
I participate in sports and physical activity 🥊regularly. I also noticed markers athletically, which I found surprising at my age in the mid 40's! It was fantastic! Movement, speed, strength, all featured noticable improvements. What was new in this experience in my age was the RECOVERY from putting my body through all of this. I was convinced it was due to Bolo taking the time to help plan out my nutrition!!
While men in the leagu, younger then I was, complained about aches & pains, I could tell the strength training prepared me for the impact, while the nutrient intake had me "ready to go" sooner due to my recovery.
When your progress is noticable, your enthusiasm to continue and make it a lifestyle ALSO gets "STRONGER".
