Everything was remarkable. This was my first visit but absolutely not my last one. Kaile rescued me from a shmullet (is it a shag - or a mullet?) haircut from another salon. Neither style is remotely my persona but she listened, carefully evaluated my hair, was tuned to what I wanted and would be comfortable with to improve the style. She nailed it. I cannot wait for my hair color appointment. The entire staff was inviting and consultive. Other patrons there during my visit were clearly having an equally great experience. Highly recommended.

Harlow is hands down the best salon in Austin. As a true born-and-raised Austinite, I’ve been to so many salons — and I’ve definitely put my hair through it: extensions, highlights, lowlights, short cuts, full color changes… you name it. My hair reflects my mood, and the stylists at Harlow somehow make every single whim come to life flawlessly.Nikki is my go-to, but I’ve worked with several stylists and have never had anything short of an amazing experience. Sydney and Cici have saved me more than once, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with anyone there — everyone is truly a master of their craft.And Colton? I’d been wanting a perm for several months but was nervous about the process and whether I’d like it. I found Harlow and quickly got a consultation and appointment scheduled with Caren. From the get go she made me feel so comfortable and confident to pull the trigger and gave me exactly the look I wanted! Can’t recommend Caren and Harlow enough and I’m looking forward to keeping up with the curls. This photo is from five months after my perm — still going strong!

SO happy I found this amazing salon. Everyone in there is so nice, giving the place a fun vibe. Payton has done my cut and color several times now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She really listens to what I want, offers some very sage advice and the result is always amazing. I get soooo many compliments on my hair now. Highly recommend.

I have now been to this salon twice, once in the chair myself and a second time as spectator for support and I cannot rave enough about this location. Liv is attentive to all of her clients and really takes the time to solve all hair problems all while being an emotional support to her clients. It didn't stop there, her assistant shared the same qualities being a true extension of values. I cannot wait to continue my hair journey at this salon!

As always! My stylist is professional and courteous and compassionate as well as amazing! Carine listens and see’s a vision but is amazing at making sure you understands! Thank you for always understanding! I have cancer and curly hair, so right now I have a lot of different hair growing. Carin makes sure I stay fashionable and sassy:) if you have curly hair I would definitely book with her:)

Kaile gave me the best haircut I have had in years! Loved the vibe in the salon and the service was amazing. My new stylist and go to salon for sure.
