Our church auditorium lighting needed repair. Bobcat Electric was the only company we found willing to come and fix our outdated lighting due to the ceiling height and working around the pews. Their representatives responded right away and came to evaluate our needs. They also suggested updating lighting on the podium and in two half bathrooms.Lights were ordered and promptly installed. Initially, the LED ceiling lights were too bright, while the two spotlights were perfect. Wanting to make sure we were happy with the lighting, Bobcat quickly replaced the ceiling lights with switchable color temperatures that provided precisely what we needed. The podium LED lighting also has a four-position switch to adjust color temperatures that allows the speakers to select what is best for them. The two half baths have appropriate LED strip lighting which meets our needs.We are extremely happy with Bobcat Electric's electricians and their commitment to its customers to provide the right lighting in a timely and professional manner. Their staff is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. This was a wonderful experience and a blessing to our church.

I made appointment to have 30 yards of electrical underground wire marked. Two men showed up , admittedly said they didn't know if they were using their equipment right. They said they would have to come back the next day because they had an appointment to be at. They had only been at place less than a half hour. They showed back the same day with the same equipment still having problems. I went back to mowing my yard. About a half hour later they came to me and said we think we have you taken care of. I said, I don't like you saying " you think you have me taken care" I hope that electrical underground cable is marked right. Obviously, they were inexperienced.They charged 260.00 for marking less than 30 yards. I will never use them again!I'll have to update my previous review because the owner did come out and make things right for me. Sometimes employees drop the ball! I'm ok with them now!
