Romaine, Dennis, Kevin, Ricky, Eldar, and Odain did a great job removing a load-bearing wall, rehabilitating our kitchen, finished our attic, and transforming an old servant quarters into a brand-new modern bathroom. As is often the case with extensive work, there were some hurdles to overcome along the way, but Romaine and his team always stayed committed and pulled through to find a solution. The final work was done to code and at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the transformation of our home.

I hired RLR Construction to repair an exterior wall, install new gutter, new windows, doors, and vinyl siding. They were responsive, prompt, and respectful. The owner Romaine was patient with me, explaining the details of the project. I also hired them to replace drywall ceilings. I am happy with the results. I appreciate the owner, Romaine responded to my texts and messages, he is honest and has a calm, pleasant demeanor.

Needed to have old ducted range hood removed and new one installed. His quote for cost of project was $80 which was 32% less than other quotes received. Romaine did an incredible job. I would describe Romaine as determined and persistent in his efforts to complete project despite some difficulties and extra time that he encountered.
