tried chicken zurbiyan, adani tea (hot), and dates bread pudding today. out of all the zurbiyan dishes i've tried in many Arab restaurants, this version of Chicken Zurbiyan is by far the best and/or one of the best i have tasted so far. rice is flavourful with spices, nuts, and cashews. the presentation of chicken zurbiyan is unique; the rice and chicken came in a bowl that is well covered with bread "sealant". rice and chicken are moist. the owner himself mentioned the zurbiyan rice is their signature dish and they take into consideration of local preference (juicy and not dry dish). do come over and taste it for yourself.
