Zach was extremely professional as he helped me navigate a homeowners worst nightmare - a flooded basement. After numerous unresponsive phone call attempts to local Dillsburg plumbers, Zach returned my call immediately and he was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Zach went above and beyond fixing my sump pump discharge line. Everything turned out exactly how he explained and the price was very fair for the work he accomplished. Zach is an amazing problem solver with a great work ethic. He is so knowledgeable and detail oriented, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Needed some excavating work done and my plumber recommended Z. R. Russell as his go to excavator. I am so glad he did. Zac the owner came out assessed the situation and gave recommendations. Once we agreed on a plan he executed it to perfection! He has now become my go to excavator. I called this company for a long soggy spot in my back yard. He was quick to answer and made an appointment with me the very next day. Zach showed up with piece of equipment that showed him where the leak was in my yard. He gave me an pice to dig the yard up to fix the leak. I found his price very reasonable.
