After trying to deal with 2 (unreliable) businesses in the aftermath of the Eaton Fire, my insurance adjuster recommended them as "a group that knows what they're doing."Their cleaning was thorough and detailed - always explaining where they were in the process and what to expect next. I really appreciated how responsive they were as well. On the rare occasion that my call went to voicemail and I left a message, I got a return call within minutes. The owner Mona maintained contact throughout the restoration and even called me weeks after completion to see how I was doing and if there was anything else she could do to help.I highly recommend Servpro of La Brea!

Mona and Jordan and their team were incredibly helpful! We were taken by a surprise with a major leak in the roof that led to remediation and no help from insurance. Mona and team were beyond helpful, not only moving quickly to provide services, but also helping to educate us on the process, connecting us with a contractors for multiple estimates, and guided us through the whole process. And then when they got into the repairs, they found the damage was slightly less, and the charge was LESS than the estimate. A rare occurrence these days. Honest and helpful. 10/10
