Can’t thank these guys enough for their patience and flexibility! We had delay after delay with other trades, which meant having to push their job back several times. Not once was it an issue. They were incredibly understanding and happy to work around our needs and timeline, no matter how many times things changed. When the time finally came, the team were fantastic. Easy to deal with, professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. It’s not often you come across trades who are this accommodating and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

These guys deserve a slab or two! 🍻We’ve used them a few times now, and they’ve been fantastic every time. Most recently, we had the team out to install flashing around the existing windows and doors on our shed. Their attention to detail was second to none! They put everything into getting the job just right, from the finer details through to the final clean-up. Nothing was too much trouble, and they weren’t satisfied until everything was spot on.A great team who genuinely take pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Noticed rain dripping on to my carpet at around 9.30pm last night during some awful weather. Called Shepherd's Roofing for emergency make-safe attendance and someone was here in just over an hour (meaning he arrived at 10.45pm!!). He was cheerful, professional and polite, identified the source of the leak quickly and checked for associated issues like rotting or softened wood in the ceiling. He took photos and videos which he provided to me for insurance purposes. Am so grateful that they came to the rescue so late and in such terrible weather here in South Gippsland.

The team from Shepherds Roofing & Contracting were very professional, efficient and friendly, their workmanship is of the highest level, I recommend them very highly and would use them again at the drop of a hat if they are ever required. but the quality of their workmanship i doubt i will ever need them again to replace all the guttering on the house. Charges were very competitive again I highly recommend them.
