Our garage door wouldn't open more than 10in. Brian came out and knew instantly what was wrong. The garage door spring installed by the original builder broke. I had thought I wanted one solution, but he honestly recommended another approach, and helped me see the error of my idea. I had him install his top-of-the-line spring to replace our broken smaller one. I expect this thing to last longer than us. A+++++
