It's also a way to find places you've maybe never heard of!Round 2! I was here last year when when they first opened and I enjoyed it then! This time, I enjoyed it even more. I felt guilt free eating this fresh and flavorful chicken bowl. The chicken was insanely tender and moist. The cooked was perfected. The cilantro sauce was great and really brought the veggies and chicken together. The rice was well prepared. Two things for me personally is I would like the chicken cut into smaller/diced pieces to have some in each bite. Second, call me crazy but a little dash of mango or pineapple could possibly elevate this even more. Something a touch sweet to splash with the other flavors would be really nice touch I believe. Go support this local truck who has great service and yummy food!
