I came to Chrissy with a torn ligament in my arm through doing CrossFit. I’m super active and worried this was going to be long term problem. I’m so SO beyond grateful for all Chrissy’s help, without her I genuinely wouldn’t have known what to do. I had subluxation of my shoulder and the difficulty you could imagine. However after several sessions and 2 years later I have had no problems and still keep up with the exercises recommended.I am now going back due to developing lower back problems.

I’ve been to Chrissie a few times now. The first being a slipped disc. Chrissie knew straight away and three sessions of acupuncture fixed and a painful situation resolved.Most recently I went with a sore elbow. In fact Chrissie identified a trapped nerve in my neck. Again she worked her magic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she is professional a genuinely lovely person and so knowledgeable in her craft .

I’ve seen Carl privately a few times for my knee and also for my back, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Chrissie has helped 3 generations of my family: most importantly she helped get my daughter walking again after a viral infection left her balance and mobility severely impaired and has helped both me and my parents with joint pain and stiffness from arthritis. Prior to my hip replacement I went to see Chrisse who certainly kept me on my feet I could hardly walk, I had acupuncture massage and heat treatment. I remember her kindness and words of reassurance, following the hip replacement I went back for further treatment which was again the best and I’m up and about as normal and back to my NHS job. I have been to Bell Lane Clinic for various issues , I would NEVER go anywhere else , I originally had whiplash , Chrissie was fantastic, after my course of treatment I was like a new woman , I had Plantar fasciitis , it was so painful, I had acupuncture and physio and it has never returned,all those months suffering rather than going and getting it sorted . I Wrenched my back at work ,again a course of physio and acupuncture it’s all good now. Sometimes I feel like my back and body need a re balance , so after being manipulated and acupuncture and it’s all good, Such a brilliant place to go , we always have a good chat and put the world to rights , I walk out with a spring in my step , a warm and friendly space that works miracles x

Chrisie sees me on a 2 weekly basis for treatment on my knees and lower left lumbar.Manipulation/massage on my knees has reduced ongoing pain to a managable level.Work on my back with manipulation and accupunture has limited pain and spasm to a mimimal ache.I feel her work has much improved my mobility and pain management.THANK YOU

It's almost a decade since Chrissie first helped me with some awful back pain. A detailed diagnosis session pinpointed the problem. A few physio sessions, some lifestyle advice and some daily stretching exercises to do at home resolved the issue. So a few years later when a different pain arose I knew exactly where to go. Four appointments of physio, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture followed and once more I was as good as new, except a little wiser. Now I attend a 'maintenance' appointment every other month and Chrissie addresses any niggles before they become serious. It's well worth every penny.
