Excellent service !Bought a pure silk pillowcase from the Silk Lady. There was an issue with the product but Lucie arranged for an efficient pick up (of the old product) and dropped off new replacement product at no extra cost.Delivery turnaround was great considering that they are based in CPT and I am in Joburg.Strongly recommend them based on their products and trustworthy assistance. Lucie was very responsive on mail.
