UPDATE - Their reply assumes they asked me what brand or quality my balloons were. or even communicated with me at all, they did not. There was no conversation whatsoever only an auto reply. Had they asked me or follow-up with more than an auto reply, they would have known I was open to purchasing the brand they use, I just didn't want to leave the color decision making to them.
