I initially had a positive experience with Numbers Matter Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC. They assisted me in creating an LLC and registering to operate as a foreign entity in my new state, as I was planning to move in a few months. Their process was thorough and efficient at the outset. However, after moving, I discovered that the foreign entity had never been created. According to the state of Arizona, the registration paperwork was returned with errors and never amended. While this was a disappointing oversight, I viewed it as an honest mistake. Since I had paid $150 to Chris specifically for this service, I contacted the company to request a refund for that portion. (The state of Arizona confirmed they would not have accepted the payment since the entity was never created.) Chris graciously agreed to issue a refund, which I appreciated. I was even on the phone during the refund process, although it appeared to be their first time (at least according to the issuer) issuing a refund through QuickBooks. Unfortunately, despite their initial willingness to resolve the matter, the refund—processed on 12/11/24—has still not appeared, nearly a month later. Since the timeframe to dispute this with my bank has now passed, I have reached out to Chris and the team three times to inform them that the refund did not process successfully. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my follow-ups. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of communication and resolution regarding the refund is disappointing. My initial impression of the company was positive, but this experience has left me questioning their professionalism and follow-through. I hope they take steps to address this issue and improve their processes moving forward.

Numbers Matters is a stepping stone to confident building as well as true numbers. They are very polite and professional and answers all your questions . Chris is very confident and will guide you to help with decision making for your buisness. IRS fees and Penalties can be easily resolved if you should come across an issue. The thing I like most is the profit and Loss reports you get every month. What's been helpful is that because they are structured and in order helps you to be structured and in order. Advice is to face your fears. It's been rough for me to understand but with Chris, even if you ask the same questions a thousand times he can see where your at and works well to put stepping stones in order for you. I'm really not too worried about anything like I thought. Easy Peasy as long as you follow along with your plan.
