My son is very sensitive and hates haircuts but he now enjoys going to haircut and doesn’t cry at all before and during haircut. Nancy is very attentive, soft and caring, listens what we/he wants and we love her! Going to haircut is not a headache anymore, so thankful to her.

we brought our 2 year old in for his first haircut and we were pretty reluctant to do it because we know our boy isn’t too fond of clippers or scissors near his head, but Ashley did such an incredible job. she was so kind, patient, helpful, and didn’t make us feel bad for our sons extreme meltdown in the chair. His hair looks even regardless of how squirmy he was. we will absolutely come back!

We had a last minute appointment scheduled for the last hour of the day. Mahgis was very attentive and patient with my son. They talked the whole time. And I think my son was the one entertaining the stylist, he was very social. And she was very friendly. We usually go to the Ballard location, but the one in Shoreline was easier to get to and parking was much less frustrating. It was an excellent experience overall.4/26/2026We were back at Sharkey's in Shoreline...And we had another great experience! Josie was great with my kiddo, didn't even bat an eyelash when he sometimes moved his head. She was really chill and friendly and patient with him. She worked fast and effortlessly but never seemed to be in a rush. And that put my son (and me) at ease. He used to be uncomfortable with scissors or clippers near his ears, but now he's starting to really enjoy the whole haircut experience. This Sharkey's is now our go-to haircut place for my son. Yeay!

Came in as a walk in - Sung was finishing up with a customer and I did not expect service as she did have another appointment in 15mins. She saw my daughter just wanted a trim and was very thorough and quick. Appreciate the customer service and respect of her time and my own as we had to rush to a doctors appointment shortly after!
