The day after Christmas (of course during a cold snap as well) we developed issues with our Heat pump system and had to turn it off. I called several places trying to get someone to come out and take a look. I was able to get in touch with Jerry who gave me a call and I explained our issue. He agreed to send a guy out the next day to have a look (even though he usually gives his guys the holiday week off). In addition, he let me know I had an emergency heat function on my old unit that I could use until they could come out. Since we had been freezing and only using our fireplace for 3 days, I was glad to hear this and appreciated his pointing it out! His guy showed up on time and spent a couple hours working out what the issue was. Unfortunately, while it may be repairable, the age of our system and the condition of some of the other components meant we should probably do a full replacement. He was very clear about the cost to just repair the current issues but noted we would probably run into further problems down the road and if we wanted to replace the unit it would probably be more cost effective in the long run, and we would have a warranty and the work would be guaranteed. We agreed to replace the system and he scheduled our install the following Monday. The guys showed up on time, laid out protective covers in the areas they were working and transiting through and got to work. They were able to install it in one day and got us up and going much faster than i would have thought. They were respectful, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Honestly, I think the area was cleaner than when they started. They had us take a look inside and out and explained the new system, recommended maint. schedules, etc. I would highly recommend Jerry and his team and will be using them for our maintenance in the future. I don't usually write reviews, so these guys definitely impressed us and we hope they stay in business for a long while!
