I cannot recommend Jerry and the team at Queen City Heating and Cooling enough! They recently installed two heat pumps for me—a 3-head unit in my house and a 1-head unit in the garage. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and easy to work with. They were fast, efficient, and took great care to keep everything tidy inside the house while they worked. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the work is top-notch. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be using them again!

Our heating system and furnace ducting all needed replacement. After getting several quotes and systems suggested from other companies we went with Queen City.Top notch work on the ducting, nice clean install of a heat pump/gas furnace and the follow up afterwards has been great!I’d highly recommend at least giving them a chance to work up a bid- they were very competitive price wise and we are very very pleased with the new HVAC system 👍🏼👍🏼

Queen City heating and cooling was absolutely fabulous. They were extremely responsive, was able to schedule me in the next business day, pricing was more competitive than other companies I checked with, they took the time to walk me through each step of their work (I’m a curious person who Iikes to learn in order to be handy around the house).Patrick and Everett were the folks who came by to work on fixing my faulting gas furnace. They both were friendly and did a fantastic job. Patrick was very detailed and thorough in servicing both my furnace and heat pump. While doing so he gave me pro tips on what I can do to take good care of the furnace and heat pump. Everett was very communicative, keeping me informed on the exact time they’d be over and accommodated around my last minute schedule constraints. Additionally Everett drove from my house in Seattle to Kirkland and back, to get an OEM replacement part, while Patrick simultaneously worked on servicing my furnace and heat pump. For the amount of time and commuting they did, I was impressed by how reasonable their pricing was.Lastly, the owner Jerry, stayed connected with me throughout the process including responding to my original service inquiry within minutes even though I reached out at 9pm on a Sunday night.

My heater stopped working during a cold spell. Queen City was able to squeeze me in on a short notice. They fixed the issue, and the maintenance rate was reasonable. Will def contact them again if/when I need servicing in the future.
