I tried them all and this is by far the Best Co-Working space in and around Great Neck. Even if you live in Queens Fresh Meadows area, going here is worth it. Counter traffic during rush hours so the commute is actually quite pleasant.

I Truly enjoyed my 3 years there! From a small office to start my business , to mid range, to the biggest office in the building. The service was always as expected, and Amenities were unmatched! If I ever need an office rental again Office Villas is certainly my go to place. Would recommend 100%

This coworking space is a true gem. The private offices are bright and serene, with large windows that let in natural light and offer peaceful views that make long workdays so much easier. The shared areas are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need—from a fully stocked kitchen to inviting spaces for collaboration or quiet reflection. Every detail feels intentional, creating a perfect balance of professionalism and comfort. What truly sets this space apart is the sense of care and community. The staff are warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel supported, no matter what you need. It’s rare to find a workspace that combines productivity with a genuine sense of belonging, but this place does exactly that. I’m so grateful to have found it and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The people were nice, however, no one was at the reception desk for about 15 minutes.

Very upscale working space. Chic, modern decor with uplifting lighting throughout. Cozy amenities include gourmet coffee maker with espresso and cappuccino, wide selection of herbal teas, and respite room with heated massage chair. The WiFi here is super-reliable and lightning-fast at all times. On top of everything, the facilities, including kitchen and bathroom, are always kept squeaky cleanI've tried other coworking spaces throughout the area and Office Villas is definitely the best value I've discovered thus far. Highly recommended.
