Jorge and Luis helped me with my car when I’d gone in on 05/01 and they were seriously amazing and friendly. I had more than a few things to get done and they were able to accurately diagnose everything and fix it in a timely manner. They also helped me with a walkthrough with SNAP finance as it was my first time using it. I really appreciate them helping me and being so patient when I messed it up a few times! Thank you guys I always feel at ease with my car coming to this location! :)

The facility was clean, temperature was comfortable for waiting. Front desk person was helpful and responsive. Technician was informative and thorough. He reviewed the Carfax and referred to some recent 100k mile repairs. This has never been noted by other oil change facilities. I found this to be an extra step that was very beneficial. It prompted me to ask about additional work that I need done (changing the spark plugs) which I didn’t know Rancho could perform. Outstanding all around.

The service advisor Luis really made me understand why I should also replace my rotors as I went through 3 sets of pads in 1 year and my rotors were cooked, thank God I finally changed the rotors and now my car doesn’t shake when I brake! 10/10 service

The man who helped me, Jorge, was very kind and professional. I had concerns over an oil leak from a previous repair by Rancho Express Lube and was told that any inspections would be free as well as the repair if it was the same oil pan gasket that was serviced. They honored their warranty without any hassles and acknowledged the first repair was sub-optimal.I was also allowed to bring in my car the same day I called about the oil leak, despite the list of appointments for other customers they had that day. It took a little while to get my car back, but that is to be expected when they have appointments, so I recommend trying to get an appointment if at all possible.

The staff are all professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. As a woman I’m not always clear on car issues. Each and every member here takes the time to explain in a way that is clear to me Both my headlights needed replacing. The day before I took it in to another business that broke my only working headlight and did not tell me!!!!!Instead they said they were unable to fix. Next day I brought it here and they fix it less 15 min and at a great price. Ditch amateur mechanic and come here. Save your money and time.
