Fantastic experience working w/Laura. - I had been shell-shocked from previously working w/an agent who got rude on the phone with me...told me it was impossible for me to get a MP plan like the one I previously had, and was super condescending and off-putting. So much so, I literally hung up the phone on him and thought I'd rather go uninsured, than go through an abusive process again. - I had already reached out to the previous agent who helped me w/my insurance app, and she was unresponsive when I needed an update. In came Laura and the game changed! Super helpful, friendly, kind...willing to text me all her questions and answers (after my friend reached out on my behalf originally...she didn't turn my friend away either like others may have!). Just everything about the process was a breath of fresh air, and the way you want to be treated when dealing w/an insurance agent. Def a cut above- would highly recommend!
