I loved working with Kaye as my supervisor. Kaye was able to share with me the huge amount experience she has, as well as her wisdom and innate compassion and empathy. Kaye helped me get unstuck in mycoaching practice and to point me in the right direction, for which I will be forever grateful :-)

I recently attended Kaye’s workshop on ADHD and the winter time and it was such a gorgeous, welcoming space. We talked about lots of things including difficulties with transitions and ideas for creating our own self care rituals which was so helpful. I left feeling lighter and with new ideas of things that I can do to support myself. I’d highly recommend Kaye’s workshops and coaching, this was a lovely experience.

Kaye is an amazing coach. She is intuitive and supportive. Every session I had with Kaye was always the right thing I needed at the time, even though I didn't always know what I needed on the day. She has given me tools to incorporate into my life and reminded me that being me, even with a late ADHD diagnosis, is the only way to be!

I attended Kaye's excellent workshop: Gifting Ourselves Time, Space and Grace and loved every minute. Kaye held the space with calm and grace and allowed us to connect and to be ourselves. Her approach is wholeheartedly positive and affirming. I came away feeling more myself, gently resourced and tooled-up with ideas and supportive practices to move forward. Highly recommend.

After not being able socialise due to certain life events, I came across Kayes group, where I took the bit between the teeth (and medication) and attended.
I was pleasantly surprised and having a coach that fully understands ADHD and all that it entails has helped me tremendously. The safe environment where I have met some amazing people has encouraged me to learn to trust again. I don’t feel odd or that I can’t be me and truly me. I don’t feel judged and sharing experiences shows me that a lot of us feel the same way or have the same emotions and self doubt. If it weren’t for this group I don’t know where I’d be. Kaye is understanding, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have met, thank you so much for allowing us to share our experience in a safe place.

Last week I’d hit a brick wall with a report I had to write. I was literally feeling sick each time I opened the document…I was truly stuck in the messy middle. Then just one session of Kaye’s amazing coaching helped me overcome my blockage and restore my confidence in my own abilities. When I sat down to write the next day, the words flowed just like a bubbling brook, the metaphor Kaye had helped me to create, from aquifer, to spring, to brook, to estuary. Her coaching was just so effective and so I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her to everyone looking to overcome life’s challenges.

Kaye is a wonderful coach who explores all your strengths and positive qualities, boosting your confidence, and then addresses any struggles you may have.
She normalises these struggles and creates a safe space to talk through any frustrations and embarrassments caused by ADHD traits.
She is very caring and nurturing and always gently challenges any negative beliefs, or black and white thinking patterns, allowing you to see things from a different perspective and wider view point.
Kaye is connected to the full ADHD community in the UK and is able to suggest other courses, groups and training to expand your knowledge and sense of community, so that you no longer feel alone.
She has been such a wonderful assistance to me, helping to untangle issues that become overly complicated in my mind.
Thank you Kaye.
