Updated April 2025:We were able to leverage rates and timing for a refinance and we made it from application to “cleared to close” in 4 days. This is because Peter Seroter is tenacious as all get out over the details and so knowledgeable about his lenders that he can get things done the first time. If you combine the time we’ve spent with Peter over, now, both a purchase and refinance it still doesn’t add up to the time and aggravation we had with any single experience with our previous big mortgage lender. I cannot recommend him highly enough.Peter Seroter made our mortgage process the best we’ve ever been through. He was responsive, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process and available products.
