Attended this clinic for an emergency appointment on a public holiday for a cracked tooth.Cudos for the appointment availability and the thorough investigation.However the clinic has since been closed during advertised opening hours and despite filing a patient document request, they conveniently left out the one image acquired that demonstrated the crack, which was very small.I was otherwise asymptomatic when later attending my regular dentist which made the call to crown the tooth difficult absent the imaging and symptoms.An otherwise great experience tarnished by dodgy information control.
