Buddy Blackman was a great intructor during my time at Fayetteville Real Estate School. His knowledge of the concepts and his teaching style fit well with my learning style and his humor an wit made otherwise boring and confusing laws, regulations, and definitions more enjoyable. I won't lie and say all the material was easy to learn (this course and test is TOUGH) but I was able to pass both my class exam and the state test on the first try and am now a licensed provisional broker for North Carolina! It wouldn't have been possible without his help!Some added words of advice: if at all possible, GO TO CLASS IN PERSON! I got a lot out of talking with my classmates, hearing their questions, and having in-person study sessions. The way I* learn would have made it nearly impossible to pass if I had only been joining remotely (though its a good option if you genuinely need it.)

Post licensing with Nikki Blackman & Allison Reeves was Great! Took my first 2 with Nikki and last with Allison and each class was informative and taught super well! They make the time go by quick for sure. I will be back for CE’s! 🤗
