Just want to say a huge thank you to Ciaran and Brian...for all those times when i forced myself to go to class on the wettest evenings and denied myself my much loved snacks... Your encouragement has paid off...I have just tried on my much loved skirt that wouldn't even close on me 6 weeks ago...it fits....so this will be my motivation now when I don't feel like going to class or I reach for that chocolate bar...here's to my other redundant dresses in my wardrobe...
