I can’t say enough good things about Empire Deli and Coffee!Every single time I’ve stopped in or gone through the drive-thru, I’ve been greeted with a smile and genuinely amazing customer service. It’s obvious that the owners and staff truly care about their customers and take a lot of pride in their business.And the coffee? Absolutely incredible. My go-to is the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, but this morning they had me try their newest flavor, the Honey Sweet Cream Cold Brew, and wow—it was so good! One thing I really appreciate is that they always have me take a sip before I leave to make sure it’s exactly how I like it. That level of care and attention is rare these days.The food is just as amazing. Their sandwiches are incredible, especially on their sourdough bread, which is hands down my favorite. My son is also a huge fan of their breakfast sandwiches and is always excited when we stop by.You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Great coffee, delicious food, and genuinely kind people who care about their customers—what more could you ask for? I've been coming to Empire Coffee & Deli for quite a while now, and I can honestly say it's become one of my favorite parts of the morning.Danielle and Gaby consistently go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They've patiently sat through my endless questions, coffee experiments, and moments of complete indecisiveness without ever making me feel rushed. Instead, they've made every visit enjoyable and welcoming.Over time, through a lot of trial and error, we ended up creating my perfect coffee: a blend of cold brew and espresso with French vanilla and creamer. Somehow they found the sweet spot between bold coffee flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. We jokingly started calling it the "Robert's Special," and while it's not officially on the menu, they always know exactly how to make it.What really sets Empire apart isn't just the coffee. It's the people. Danielle and Gaby genuinely care about their customers and take the time to get to know them. That's becoming rare these days, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.If you're looking for great coffee, friendly service, and a place that makes you feel like a regular, give Empire Coffee & Deli a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The Empire Sandwich (their Cuban sandwich) was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly pressed. I've also tried their pastrami sandwich, and it was just as delicious. Great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This was my fifth visit in the last two weeks, and I'll definitely be back!

This is our second time here in a week and we will continue to keep coming!! The staff is so kind, helpful and engaging. Our first time in was for a takeout order on a busy Saturday morning and all of the staff was helpful extremely helpful. We were shocked by the fact that the second time we came, they remembered us in and order! Everyone was so sweet and had smiles on their face, you can tell this place is genuine, we needed something like this in the area. Can’t wait to be back and being friends and family❤️ thank you empire deli for such a wonderful experience!
