I started slightly overweight and dealing with a chronic lower back/disc condition, feeling weak and unsure. After 5 months with this gym, I’ve lost 2.5 stones, entered the “fitness” body fat zone, and feel genuinely fit. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and patient, especially with my back issues, adapting as needed. The community is friendly and motivating, making every session something to look forward to.If you have challenges or special circumstances, don’t hesitate to start here—real results are possible with understanding and the right support.
