Working with the Holistic Gut Health team has changed my life drastically for the better, they have taught me that there is help out there beyond the broken medical system, empowering and helping us to get to the root cause of our health issues, using individual health protocols that are backed by the latest scientific research and evidence, one of my favourite parts about functional health is that they are so open minded and willing to take on any new information as it comes available. Charley and the team have helped me heal my gut health, but it’s so much more than that, their holistic approach has rippled its effects throughout my entire life, they take a top down approach and not only see your health “issues” but work with you to heal your entire nervous system, creating positive habits and cementing life long changes. I don’t know where I would be without their continued support and I am immensely grateful for all their help and hard work, you can tell they genuinely love helping people feel their best and say goodbye to chronic health issues! Before I started working with Charley and his team I was always in pain, bloated my endo belly was like no other, I would react to everything I was eating and struggled to find food that didn’t disagree with me and my skin was breaking out. Working with Charley and his amazing crew has undoubtedly been the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. It may sound cliché but being in this program has literally changed my life in every way. I entered the program with a huge amount of things to work on. I’ve had some remarkable physical changes: my thyroid is finally functioning well, I’m no longer permanently puffy and inflamed, my digestion has improved so much, and generally I’m in less pain. My skin and hair are the healthiest they’ve ever been, and my body composition is the best it’s ever been. My mental health is always a challenge but I’ve had some huge mindset shifts alongside the work in this program and I finally feel confident that I can get on top of my health concerns. More than that; I’ve found a home in this community. From the incredible women I’ve met to Charley and Paige themselves. I don’t even know where to start. This program has changed my life for the better and I couldn’t be more grateful. This has completely changed my life, I don’t know where I would be without charley and the team. I suffered for 8 years with quite severe bloating, brain fog, fatigue and the list goes on. I am around 5 months in and I have seen such a huge improvement in my symptoms already. I have been on a wellness journey suffering from multiple GI issues. I have sought out medical support from multiple medical professionals and not found a pathway to healing.
