Edited to add I did work with them again and had another amazing experience.I had such a great experience working with Earl and his team. They sent me pictures along the way so I could see what they were working on. He responded to my texts almost immediately every time and was committed to making sure the leak was fixed (even after I’d already paid them which says a lot about how they stand behind their work). I would definitely work with them again.

Total Roof Solutions fixed our chimney and roof leak, both quickly and expertly, on a dangerously high and fragile Cedar Shake roof. Earl Bowman and his team were easy to work with, and were courteous and considerate. They also identified and delivered on a few additional and essential repair tasks while on the roof.Without doubt, they represent extremely good value for money and deliver highly professional results. I would absolutely use them again, for planned work or in an emergency.

Earl and his crew replaced one of my shutters that blew off during a windstorm and also secured the remaining shutters for me. His crew did an excellent job. They were very friendly and professional. It is hard to find someone willing to do a small job, but according to these reviews, they do excellent work on all jobs.

We hired Total Roofing Solutions (Earl Bowman was our contact) in March 2025 to perform significant roof repairs (Replacing 50% of a Spanish Tiled Roofing System on 8,500 sq.ft home) and a new gutter system in Cornelius, NC. Among other things, we appreciated Earl's communication (progress pictures everyday, scheduling matters, always answering his phone, etc.). The crew was professional/safe (harness equipment, clean worksite, knowledgeable)...Earl even supplied them porta-potty! With previous contractors we hired, you sign a contract, they disappear and then show-up sporadically as they balance multiple projects...then you're hit with change-orders. NOT TRS, Earl showed up the next day as promised and stayed on the job with the same crew until completion. Price was the price, no surprises/change orders (TRS was the only contractor that invested the time on the front end to offer a realistic price/best strategy). I provided Earl permission to offer my cell phone number to any prospective customer.

They are excellent fair and honest. The pricing is reasonable and they havnt tried to hide or do things cheaply unlike others I’ve worked with.
