I came for a trial class 16 months ago and continue to love everything about Be StongHer! Joining this community is by far the best thing I've done for my health and wellbeing. I've consistently attended Strong, Sweat, Boxing and Stretch/Yoga sessions because of the fabulous trainers, the safe and caring space, the supportive and non-judgemental women and because of the way I feel after a class. I'm a much happier, stronger, fitter, relaxed and confident version of myself. Big love and thanks to Steph, Emma, Anna, Nicole, Lorenza and Erica.
