CSI Landscape installed the original sprinklers for the home I purchased back in 2020; Three years later my sprinklers were experiencing difficulties starting, and I had communicated this to Mark (the owner). I had erroneously blamed the installation, and Mark very generously agreed to change the layout of the sprinklers over the summer at no extra charge. After another year it was clear that the sprinklers were not the issue, and Mark is too much of a professional to tell me a well-deserved "Told you so."During the whole ordeal CSI Landscape communicated well, offered up many solutions (along with potential price points), and would show up promptly in the same week after a call requesting service. I would highly recommend them!

Mark not only agreed with me about my issue, but found a few other smaller issues that I haven't even complained about that failed to meet his standards in his eyes and were unacceptable to him. Wonderful workers!!! They can do anything, their ideas for design are great, they follow through to be sure thinks work correctly, if anything is wrong they fix it, they were all so friendly and wonderful to have here at our home.

We used CSI because we liked the job that they did on one of our neighbors homes and I’m glad we did. The work that they did looks so nice. We had a small issue with our sprinkler system after they left and they were very quick to respond when we told them of the issue. They fixed it right away with no hassle.
