I have never made a bad review of any business before, but this time I am really frustrated. Despite paying for all the services, no one communicates with us regarding our application. The communication is very poor, and it is almost impossible to reach any of their representatives. Whenever we ask for an update, no answers . As paying clients, we expect better communication and customer service. This experience has been very disappointing.
