I wish I remember Don’s father’s name but he installed the carpet with Ryan - what a wonderful man - and team. The pad replacement due to some flooding issues we experienced was also done well. Good service, excellent job.

I will use them again for all my flooring/carpeting needs and tell my friends as well. Highly recommend!!! *** Bad experience at Carpetland of New England. I went to purchase bedroom carpet on April 4th for my birthday. Salesperson seemed a little unsure of himself. He came a few days later to measure and thought I had an early A.M. appointment when I had an early P.M. appointment and took 45 minutes to measure my bedroom and misplaced his notes on my carpet choices. He said he would call in a few days with the quote but never called back. I had to hire another company and do the process all over again. The new company took literally 30 seconds to measure and I had the quote the same day. I like to support local companies and am very disappointed with Carpetland of New England.
