I will use them again for all my flooring/carpeting needs and tell my friends as well. Highly recommend!!! *** Bad experience at Carpetland of New England. I went to purchase bedroom carpet on April 4th for my birthday. Salesperson seemed a little unsure of himself. He came a few days later to measure and thought I had an early A.M. appointment when I had an early P.M. appointment and took 45 minutes to measure my bedroom and misplaced his notes on my carpet choices. He said he would call in a few days with the quote but never called back. I had to hire another company and do the process all over again. The new company took literally 30 seconds to measure and I had the quote the same day. I like to support local companies and am very disappointed with Carpetland of New England.

We had a small 400 sq. ft. space carpeted with New England. They are family owned and operated and treated us like family. Their prices are comparable to the big stores however their range of suppliers, installation expertise and guidance on materials was exceptionally better than the other stores we had quote the job.
