Ashley is awesome! I had my eye on a particular block in Austin, and she helped me get a house that wasn't even on the market! After helping me negotiate with the sellers of the house-that-wasnt-even-for-sale, she handled selling my old house, including advice on paint and fixtures, photography/listing, everything. She has lived in both my old neighborhood and my new neighborhood, and knew all the ins & outs. The sellers of my new house liked her so much, they had her handle the sale of another one of their properties. She really knows the Austin market and I'd recommend her to everyone - you couldn't pay me enough to use another realtor.
