He handled all aspects of preparations, including sharing insurance information and ensuring the county came out to review for utility lines before they dug. Day-of, they showed up promptly when they said they would. They removed a large tree and two stumps in an hour and a half. They were quick, efficient, but above all safe and knew what they were doing. I couldn't believe how quickly they took down the tree. They cleaned up everything, including our neighbors' yards and driveways. They were the best price around by far and I was blown away at their service. Definitely hire them! They were prompt and showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job of removing the trees and cleaning up all the debris and leaving the place looking like they weren't even there. Beyond all that, they were the only company that sent proof of insurance with their estimate and Mike was the only representative of any company that shook my hand and thanked me after we talked about the scope of work. When you’re old school like I am, a handshake means a lot. There is another tree on the property that might need to come down in a couple of years and I would 100% use 23 Trees for that job as well.
