Sailing the Barefoot Cowboy is an awesome experience! You are warmly welcomed by the wonderful crew of Natalie, Capt Roy Pat and best of all, Pirate Pete. The Food, meals and drinks (best Painkiller ever!) are wonderful. Capt Roy makes a superb brisket and Natalie makes the best blueberry pancakes! The boat is beautiful with plenty of amenities (Kayaking, Snorkeling, just hanging around) and everyone was extremely accommodating. Our group of Nine had an exceptional time. Looking forward to a return trip.

Barefoot cowboy is the ultimate sailing vessel! If you are looking do no search any further. Captain Roy, Natalie and pirate Pete are the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The boat is in pristine condition. The staterooms and bathrooms have everything you need as well being clean. Now let’s talk about the food and drinks. One word outstanding! I have dietary restrictions and Chef Natalie made all the necessary accommodations for me. She also makes the best pain killer, watermelon daiquiri and Bloody Mary! They customize your trip how you want it and recommend the best stops to hangout. Best vacation ever, don’t wait book it now!

We had the most amazing trip aboard The Barefoot Cowboy! The boat had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our group of eight. We truly ate and drank our way through the BVI while visiting all of the best spots with our friends. The sunsets were absolutely amazing, and we loved hiking and snorkeling throughout the islands. Everything was perfectly catered to us—even my picky eating needs! Natalie even set us up with incredible massages. It really was the best way to experience the islands. Captain Roy, Natalie, and Pirate Pete were incredible hosts and made the trip unforgettable. I highly recommend The Barefoot Cowboy!

Chef Natalie, Captain Roy, and Pirate Pete became an extension of our family on this trip. They made it their business to cater to our every whim, become our tour guides, and make every day magical. They took us to their favorite spots, making recommendations along the way. Although we had a great time seeing the different islands, my favorite part was the time we spent aboard the Barefoot Cowboy. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Natalie’s painkillers really are the best! We had an amazing trip that I would definitely recommend.

Robin and I "cruised" with Barefoot Cowboy along with two other fun couples for seven nights BVI and USVI. Amazing experience and hospitality from Captain Roy Pat, Chef Natalie and Pirate Pete. The destinations, the cool water accessories and the food and drink were all amazing, and I would recommend for anyone interested in experiencing the Caribbean in style.

Our group of friends have traveled all over the world and seen and done some amazing things. This vacation ranks right up there with some of the best things we have done. It was truly amazing to see the world from the perspective of the sea. When we weren't seeing the sights on land or relaxing in the water, the snorkeling was fantastic. Captain Roy Pat and Chef Natalie were amazing hosts and tailored the trip to our personalities. Everyday seemed to be better than the last if that was even possible. And the food we were served was as good as any 5-star restaurant. Definitely a bucket list way to enjoy the Virgin Islands and I couldn't imagine doing all we did with better hosts than Captain Roy Pat and Natalie! Steve Hosey

We just returned from a glorious 7 days aboard the Barefoot Cowboy, and we’re already dreaming about when we can return. To say we were spoiled would be an understatement!Captain Roy Pat was phenomenal—navigating us to all the best spots throughout the Virgin Islands with such expertise - every day felt like a new adventure. Chef Natalie absolutely blew us away with every single meal. You could truly taste the heart and soul she put into her cooking. My personal favorites? The perfectly cooked filet mignon for dinner and the fresh, flavorful chicken avocado salad for lunch—both were out of this world!And Pete… what can I say? He’s the sweetest little pirate out there and totally stole our hearts.This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. We loved every stop—Willy T’s, Cooper Island, everything about Jost Van Dyke, and the beauty of St. John. Every day brought something new and unforgettable.We’re already counting down the days until we can return for more sailing, more sunshine, and more amazing memories!

Simply incredible!!! We sailed with Captain Roy Pat, Nathalie and Pirate Pete in November 2024 for Thanksgiving. We were a large group: four adults and six teenage boys and it was the vacation of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, service, food and fun was amazing!! We truly can’t express how much fun we all had sailing from island to island in the BVIs. Barefoot Cowboys is a beautifully appointment catamaran and Captain Roy Pete and Natalie truly cater to each guests needs prior to and during your trip. Our week was filled with adventure, excitement, excellent fishing, beautiful blue waters, white sand beaches, and so much more. We all ABSOLUTELY LOVED every minute of the trip and would highly recommend booking a charter with Barefoot Cowboy. You won’t be disappointed. This is a trip that you won’t soon forget!

Captain Roy and First Mate Natalie were amazing! We felt so spoiled as we enjoyed beautiful sailing each day. The Catamaran is the best around with great seating for optimal views on second level. Natalie set the tables and made each meal gourmet. I highly recommend this adventure! First Class!

Fantastic trip with Barefoot Cowboy Charters! First, the boat is beautiful and the beds and linens are really nice! There is an extra large seating area on the second level of the boat where we spent a lot of our time when moving from island to island which is super nice and includes a sink, ice maker, and bar! The main level has a nice seating area inside as well as a large table outside on the patio! Finally, Captain Roy and Natalie were the perfect hosts! From breakfast, & coffee in the mornings to cocktails throughout the day and the beautifully set table and wonderful dinners in the evening, we were completely spoiled! I would definitely recommend The Barefoot Cowboy Charter for anyone looking for a luxury adventure in the BVIs!
