Owner of this gym, Santos Caban, assaulted one of his former coaches. His behavior reflects an environment that is completely unsafe and inappropriate.The facility itself is extremely unsanitary. The bathroom often smells like urine.This is absolutely not a place anyone should train and does not reflect Renzo Gracie as a whole, just this location and Santos Caban — especially parents considering bringing their children here. The environment is unsafe, unclean, and led by someone who has shown violent and inappropriate behavior.

This gym changed my life. There is not a better facility in the general area. All coaches are top notch and the culture at the gym is great. I know I pay to train at this gym but I'm still super grateful for the knowledge the coaches have shared. 11/10
