I understand that delays happen, but a polite approach and a simple apology would have made a big difference.It was my first visit to your clinic, and honestly, I was quite shocked by the experience. I left without receiving any service, and it seemed perfectly okay to let a first-time customer walk out. I believe the way you treat your customers is just as important as the service you provide
