This is the third (3rd) remodel Lee has done for us and as always we are completely satisfied. He does all aspects of a project and is very tidy, efficient and adapts to any changes with a smile. If you want the job done right then Lee is the person to call.

I truly cannot recommend Lee and his crew enough (seriously, all of my neighbors now have his number). After really poor experiences with past contractors, Lee was incredibly understanding and gracious with our many questions throughout the job. From the first meeting, to the end of the build, it is clear that Lee cares about his clients and the work that he does. He’s happy to explain things every step of the way and is a clear communicator. We had a couple of small unforeseen things come up during the build, and Lee informed us promptly and had a solution at the ready.Our deck project also included some interior work as we converted some existing windows into sliding glass doors for access onto the new deck. Lee was incredibly respectful of our home and even befriended our intense (but sweet!) German Shepherd. One day, completely separate from the project, we had a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. Lee saw us working on it and not only gave us tips for how to fix the issue, but also brought us a spare wax seal and let us borrow a couple of his tools for some intricate cuts we needed to make in our basement.Both inside and out, the attention to detail Lee and his crew put into this project was top tier. Lee, Brad, and Eli have truly built us the deck of our dreams! I would happily hire Lee again without hesitation. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and quality contractor, stop looking, you’ve found him.

From our initial consultation with Lee’s Enterprizes to the finished product, the knowledge, careful craftsmanship and attention to detail during the project were as good as can be. The crew arrived every day promptly at 7:30, ready to work. Our 50 year old T111 siding had seen better days and Lee’s crew carefully removed it. Lee knew without that siding in place the framing structure was weakened, and his crew installed new ½” plywood to restore the strength before installing the cement fibre siding. The exact measurements and cuts they performed on the plywood made it very tight fitting with almost no gaps around windows and doors. The siding and trim pieces were even tighter fitting – leaving gaps only for expansion/contraction. All of the flashing was expertly installed to insure no future internal leaks that could cause rot. The original deck had been rebuilt once, but not properly. Lee re-engineered the support structure for the deck, and it is much better now than when the house was built – and I’m a retired engineer. Lee’s craftsmanship, care and attention to detail were on full display as they built the beautiful new Trex deck. Lee’s a platinum Trex installer, and Trex guarantees the workmanship on their decks for twice as long if you use a platinum installer. I’ve seen a lot of contractors use laser levels, but these guys put in the time consuming work to ensure the structure is perfect before installing the decking. Our deck was installed using a picture framing technique, so there are no exposed ends of any deck boards. I started calling Lee “The Professor” after they were here just a few days. It’s not just his knowledge, but his dedication to doing things right that sets them apart. The few extras that came up during the project were done properly, and any extra costs Lee charged us were more than fair. Lee saw that I was battling molehills in our lawn. I’d been chasing them for a few weeks with traps, but Lee brought his traps out and got both of them within a week. It’s rare to find a contractor with the values, fairness and dedication to perfection like Lee’s Enterprizes. Highly recommended.

Lee did a first class job on the framing of our deck. He hung with us through a design change and all our questions as we applied for the permit with the county.He and his team tackled our complicated with its size, how varied the ground underneath is, and making sure the L shape came together perfectly.The county inspector was so impressed, he said "you don't see this level of craftsmanship often!" We highly recommend Lee if you want to be confidant your project is done rhoughtfully, with precision, and built to last. We are grateful for his professionalism and skill!
