I felt reassured when they guided me to deal with the insurance paperwork to ensure that the damage could be repaired properlyWhat an amazing job they did! The repair was seamless and the paint job was incredible. They matched the colour so good that you can’t tell there is a freshly painted part! They even gave the car a good wash after the repair.I am so glad that I chose Prisme. One can tell that the business is well managed when you first walk in. The shop is well lit, everything is well organized and the place is neat as a pin. I saw many cars there in various stages of repair. No piles of junk parts in a corner and no dirty stains on the floor! They are a certified body shop and they use genuine parts for repairs. They give lifetime guarantee for their work. Their expertise in repainting is really outstanding. They also do rebuffing services to give car a new shine. Had a very minor repair to do and Carrosserie Prisme took care of me like I was their most important customer. The work was performed quickly, professionally and they even touched up some small paint chips on the hood.
