Excellent service! Équipe efficace et à l’écoute.

Had some rust start on the roof of my vehicle, Raffi and his staff did a fantastic repair job. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for bodywork repair.

I highly recommend this body shop. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful—from the front desk staff to everyone in the shop. They make the whole process smooth and stress-free.I travel all the way from Toronto every year because I completely trust them with my car. Their workmanship, honesty, and customer service keep me coming back. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service!

A friend who has repaired her cars at Carrosserie Prisme recommended me to take my car there for repair after I had a minor collision. The crew and staff there could not be more friendly. I felt reassured when they guided me to deal with the insurance paperwork to ensure that the damage could be repaired properlyWhat an amazing job they did! The repair was seamless and the paint job was incredible. They matched the colour so good that you can’t tell there is a freshly painted part! They even gave the car a good wash after the repair.I am so glad that I chose Prisme. One can tell that the business is well managed when you first walk in. The shop is well lit, everything is well organized and the place is neat as a pin. I saw many cars there in various stages of repair. No piles of junk parts in a corner and no dirty stains on the floor! They are a certified body shop and they use genuine parts for repairs. They give lifetime guarantee for their work. Their expertise in repainting is really outstanding. They also do rebuffing services to give car a new shine. A service I might require soon. Many thanks to Raffi and Seta and the skillful crew for taking care of my car.
