This roofing company provides not only many years of experience and knowledge but also an unequivocal work ethic I haven't seen since my own father was alive and in business.Evan from Shea Roofing stopped by our home within one day of my reaching out to roofers for estimates. His administrator Paula in his office was very good about communicating and reaching out to me with emails, time coordination, and follow-up. So that was Great Experience #1 (and Great Impression).It seems our fairly new three-year old roof had slipped tiles that needed repair. Our insurance company wanted them repaired as soon as possible in order to keep my homeowners' policy in force. I was a bit stressed about this, worried about this unexpected expense.Great Experience #2: Evan was able to go on the roof and assess the slipped tiles, and within only a few minutes, rang the bell to speak to my husband and me.Great experience #3: He had repaired them already, putting them back in place. He said, "No charge." It shocked us! (Another Great Impression!)I now know I'll never need to reach out on apps for reviews on roofers nor will I have to search for a roofer ever again, as his company is going into my permanent address book.
