From the initial design to the final integration, I am thoroughly happy with the quality of my beautiful cabinets with the investment made. Phil and Grant were great to work with and very thorough in their followup. I was expecting some pushback on my ideas in the beginning but I got everything I wanted and more. Their fast response with the quote, CAD design and installation dates were a major factor when it came time to choose this company. I would highly recommend.

This company does an excellent job all the way through evalaution, quote proposal, scheduling, and installation. Phil was terrific in making a timely visit to assess the garage and quickly provide a proposal. Angi was wonderful in scheduling and follow up. Paul was tremendous, on time, curteous, and perfect work to install our garage floor. I highly recommend this company.

After procrastinating for a long period of time about upgrading my garage floor, I decided on Swisstrax modular flooring. I reached out to Garaginization and discussed various services I needed. Garaginization had no issue meeting my needs. The onsite installer (Grant) was exceptional. His years of experience were obvious. The installation went very smooth. I was most impressed with trimming the edge tiles. They look perfect. Thanks Garaginization, job well done!

I am speaking my experience as a homeowner located in Atlanta. You may have different experience in other places.The initial quoting, and booking process was great! Their quote was higher than what I got from different business, but I trusted the google reviews and decided to move forward with Garaginization.However, they changed the date of installation for me multiple times as their truck broke down. This meant I needed to push dates for other garage installation appointments. It was a hassle, but that itself is not in their control and I ultimately can give Garaginization a benefit of the doubt.Real issue really comes with how Greg, the coordination manager at Atlanta location treated me in a call. In our phone conversation, rather than apologizing, let alone showing any kind of sympathy for the customer who he had to delay on multiple times, he focused on this story of how overbooked he is, and nothing was in his control. It almost felt like I was forced to baby him and sympathize with his situation in order for the work to be done.I was sympathetic and did not make any comment when they first had to delay and told them they can come the next time. However, him showing that kind of behavior once again when he had to delay was quite unprofessional. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and this is a business transaction. I am happy to provide drinks, give more time if needed, and genuinely be a pleasant customer to work with. However practically guilt tripping your customer to sympathize with your situation, and crying about how overbooked, while delaying the installation multiple times, is very unprofessional.I ultimately decided to go with a different business to get my flooring done as:1. I was not okay with leaving my home to be worked on by someone that did not seem professional2. If they are so overbooked to the point that they weaponize it to use against their customer in case anything goes wrong, I cannot imagine that they would put a professional effort and care into my homeIf you decide to move forward with Garaginization, I hope you have a different experience from me.

10 stars!!!! Grant and Danny were amazing. They were on time, efficient, and very professional. We had them install garage ceiling racks 3 years ago in 3 high ceiling garages. We originally did not choose to have them motorized. Due to my husband recently passing away and me not being able to get to the racks safely, I needed to have them motorized. They came out, moved around my existing racks and motorized them all. I am now able to load and unload the racks by myself, a 57 year old female. These things are amazing. We should have motorized them from the start! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys.

We were very pleased with our experience with Garaginization. We had a garage floor and storage cabinets installed. Paul did the floor initially, but due to some issues with rain and moisture, there were some areas that had an issue. Grant the manager, personally came by and agreed with our assessment. Paul was rescheduled and corrected the problem to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with the end result. The company stood behind its work and we highly recommend them. Loona also did a great job installing the cabinets and slat wall.
