So far I have been with this club for a few weeks and already my times have dropped by 30 seconds for the mile and two mile in track. I can tell they will help me improve more and more to get back to where I was and even better. The training plans are very good as it’s for you as of where you are right now to prevent injury and improve in the most beneficial ways. I am very glad to have joined freedom with the team being amazing as well as Coach Kyle, he’s helped me so much already and I can’t want to see how much more I will improve as I work with the team more and more!! As an older marathon runner I was at an impasse with my training until I met coach Kyle at Flatwoods during a morning run. I knew I could improve, but I lacked the training and motivation that has been priceless since he became my coach. As a coach, Kyle is one of the best I have had the pleasure to train with, for he is an expert in his field, knowledgeable, goal oriented, observant, patient, kind and a good communicator. He cares about his trainees and is vested in their success and reaching their goals.The personalized training plans and the positive feedback has made me a stronger runner and has improved my speed while staying injury free.
