When I initially signed up, I was under the impression—based on my conversation with Josh—that someone from PBI would take care of setting everything up for me to generate more leads for my business. I paid the membership fee expecting a streamlined process, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and unclear. Here are my main concerns: 1. Lack of Follow-Through & Communication: After onboarding with Maria and being directed to sign up with Boothbook and GoHighLevel, I received little to no communication or progress updates. I later found out that Maria was no longer handling my account, and Mark took over. However, my questions about using HoneyBook instead of Boothbook were never properly addressed, and follow-ups have been inconsistent. 2. Misalignment in Expectations: When I showed Mark my messages with Josh regarding the setup, it was clear that there was a disconnect between what was promised and what was actually delivered. Mark then brought in Chris Falls, but even Chris had no idea about setting up Boothbook for me. Instead, it was just another overview call, which wasn’t helpful since I was under the impression that setup would be handled for me. 3. Lack of Transparency & Unclear System Purpose: After finally understanding what PBI is offering, it seems that the service is simply creating a basic funnel with Google Ads to drive leads to Boothbook for booking. I still don’t understand why this couldn’t have been done through my existing website and HoneyBook instead of pushing me toward Boothbook and GoHighLevel. If there’s an affiliate arrangement with these platforms, that should have been disclosed upfront. 4. Unresolved Requests & Useless Setup: I have repeatedly asked if the funnel could be redirected to HoneyBook or CheckCherry since Boothbook does not work for me. So far, I’ve received no definitive answers. Out of frustration, I have already canceled GoHighLevel and Boothbook, opting to send Google Ads leads directly to my website—bypassing everything PBI set up because it ultimately didn’t add value to my business. I was trying to purchase one of these photo booth from this company with all the legal documents that were signed least under my name. I requested a refund. What's they did not have tb no obligation to refund me any type of funds to me? And I told them. About my situation being in a hospital having a Heart condition And the medical expenses in which I could not afford the payments And they had every legal right to deny me any refund. They could destroy my credit. For not making payments on the item that I was trying to get. What they showed me compassion. They show me they won't just business owners. They heard my story and what I was going through. They let me break my lease. And refunded me. Not all the money I put in but 3/4 of it. Which I was gladly Accept that they could not have gave me nothing So I just wanted to say these people will work with you. They're not heartless, salesman or woman. I think in the future if I had to do business or try to do business with them again. I would do it in a heartbeat. I just wanted to say thank you. And let anybody Who read this statement?
