I was happy overall with the clean. There were a few things that I did ask the young lady to do that she didn't complete the way I wanted it done. And specifically for her I felt like she's very kind and professional but it wouldn't hurt for her to be able to feel more comfortable to speak up and ask questions about things that could have been taken care of but that could come in time too. Again I was very pleased overall she was quiet cuz I work from home and she didn't stop working and she was very accommodating and what I asked her to do and I would definitely use them again.

This is my second time in my life getting a maid service and they did a great job, cause i surely dont know what amaid service consist of, and when I seen that they didn't clean something they came back out to finish the job

I would like to share my experience with Platinum shine Cleaning. I was elated when I found a company willing to take me on as a customer for cleaning my home. I have the sweetest and most charming Sophie coming to my home to clean. She is conscientious and very thorough in her work. I like having conversation with her a little bit, but I try not to bother her too much She is always quite friendly and always asked me if there’s anything else she can do before she leaves Sometimes she will even bring in the mail for me it is my hope that others will be able to prosper from the friendly employees at platinum shine Cleaning
