We appreciate that Dave operates on an appointment basis because we were given personal attention without being followed and pressured by sales personnel. Also, we were able to test all of the mattresses without the discomfort of other customers around us.Dave is knowledgeable about all of his products, super friendly, and he did not push us in one way or another. Dave was an awesome Guy, he worked around my schedule to make an appointment with me the same day I messaged him originally and got me the mattress that best fit me and my fiancée, very knowledgeable guy when it comes to mattresses, he explained everything in detail and helps with finical options if needed, I was there less then an hour leaving with the mattress I wanted, i would definitely recommend if looking for a mattress.

First time dealing with Dave Truitt At Mattress by Appointment. I was amazed by the attention and immediate service for a product he provided me. My adjustable mattress frame broke, unfortunately in an upright position. Dave presented options for a new frame and had it installed later in the day. Who does that in a matter of hours? Furthermore, I had a busy day ahead of me and could not make it into the store. He guided me through the choice and sale over the phone.
