Although we met with Fig briefly for an initial visit, the short time we had with them has absolutely helped us and our business in ways you could not imagine. Our interaction helped us know we have a good food business and it has the potential to be great. They advised on finance/costing/online marketing/equipment for our endeavours etc.The advice and guidance from John, Simon & Rhys was invaluable and we have already made some plans to incorporate their suggestions. Our pizza is amazing - but the menu was as typical as any other joint’s offer.We asked fig advice on how to enhance our offer with additional menu items - that have to be produced in a pizza oven.They gave us a product that uses our existing stock lines and created a lunch time offer that flew!!!We don’t want to say how easy it is to make in case every pizza joint in town does the same 😂
