I’ve been working with Manjas to do my taxes for about 6 years now. They know what they are doing.

This was my this year doing my taxes here. Jay is a great guy and knows about customer service. Unfortunately, that’s where it stops because the rest of the staff do no know or care about providing good customer service. For example, tax agents should not be talking to each other from across cubicles when a customer is sitting in front of them.
