As someone who walks to her car after dark, the Knuckle Sammich can give you such peace of mind knowing you can do serious damage if someone were to attack you. A rape whistle can make a sound, but you can’t wait around for someone else to come save you. Before the Knuckle Sammich, I held my car key in my hand between my knuckles, but it felt very awkward and like it could easily shift out of a good grip.
