Customer service is ok. Below standards of a beauty industry place though. Nyeesha was the person that waxed me and brought me in the space. She did.. good.., however I felt the pressure that I was being rushed as soon as I walked in... and as customer who works hard, I was on time, I payed for my slot and I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. I'm still shopping around to find my waxing home base and it's not this velvet.

I was able to book a last minute appt with no hassle. Owner, staff, and puppy greeter were all very sweet and attentive.I’d say this Brazilian sugar wax was one of my better experiences.

Awesome service! I came for my first Brazilian Wax ever and I received gentle care and much patience. I even loved how I was greeted. I also appreciate how Gabriele talked me through each step. It really put me at ease. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
