I originally gave 5 stars because I was offered a discount for doing so, which felt strange then, and now makes sense after my experience.I had waxing, tinting, and lamination done together. I told them I had never been waxed before, but no one explained the added risk. My brows burned extremely during the service and were tender to the touch for the next two days. Afterward, I developed scabbing and light patches of skin which stayed for a week.If I’d been properly informed, I would’ve chosen the $20 wax instead of paying $100 for the bundle and the extremely painful service. I followed up with photos and never received a response.I’m sharing this because seeing all the “great reviews” influenced me — and my experience was very different.
